Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Iron Antler Workshop website and your purchase of products from Iron Antler Workshop.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Iron Antler Workshop. The words “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of our website.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website.

1. Business Information

This website is operated by:

Iron Antler Workshop LLC
Peyton, Colorado, United States
Email: colton@ironantlerworkshop.com

For privacy and security, our full residential or workshop address is not displayed publicly. A mailing or return address will be provided when required for an approved return.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information
  • Copy or commercially exploit our website content or product designs without permission
  • Use our products in violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict website access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including descriptions, measurements, photographs, colors, materials, compatibility information, and availability.

However, product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen and monitor settings
  • Lighting and photography
  • Natural wood grain and coloration
  • Handmade construction
  • 3D-printing layer lines or minor surface variations
  • Normal differences between production batches

These minor variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, and included items before ordering.

Accessories, archery equipment, broadheads, releases, knives, electronics, décor, or other objects shown in product photographs are not included unless the product description specifically says otherwise.

4. Handmade and 3D-Printed Products

Many Iron Antler Workshop products are handcrafted or produced through additive manufacturing.

Small cosmetic characteristics may occur, including:

  • Visible layer lines
  • Minor seam marks
  • Slight texture differences
  • Small color variations
  • Minor dimensional variations
  • Natural marks or grain variation in wood

These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not affect normal product function.

Products should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames, harsh chemicals, prolonged ultraviolet exposure, or conditions beyond those described on the product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not designed as life-safety equipment, protective equipment, weapon components, child-safety devices, or substitutes for responsible storage and handling practices.

5. Archery Product Disclaimer

Iron Antler Workshop produces storage and organizational products intended for archery equipment.

Our cases and organizers do not eliminate the risks associated with broadheads, blades, releases, bows, arrows, or other archery equipment.

You are responsible for:

  • Handling broadheads and archery equipment safely
  • Confirming that a product is compatible with your equipment
  • Keeping sharp objects and archery equipment away from children
  • Inspecting the product and its contents before use
  • Following all manufacturer instructions for the equipment stored inside
  • Complying with applicable laws, range rules, and hunting regulations

Broadheads should be properly secured and handled with care even when stored in a case. Do not rely solely on any case, foam insert, magnet, latch, or closure to prevent injury.

Iron Antler Workshop is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by improper handling, misuse, incompatible equipment, modification, neglect, or failure to inspect the product.

6. Apparel and Third-Party Fulfillment

Some apparel or merchandise may be produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider.

These products may:

  • Ship separately from workshop-made products
  • Have different processing times
  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Be subject to product-specific sizing and care instructions

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before ordering.

Minor differences in print placement, color, or appearance may occur because of the printing and fulfillment process.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product availability
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Website or inventory errors
  • Excessive quantities
  • Suspected resale or unauthorized commercial use

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

8. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges will be shown during checkout when available.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Iron Antler Workshop does not directly store complete credit-card information. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and its payment providers.

9. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be customized, personalized, or made specifically after an order is placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information, including names, wording, colors, measurements, designs, and other customization details.

Once production begins, customized or personalized products generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged unless:

  • We made an error
  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a qualifying manufacturing defect

We may refuse customization requests that are unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Submitting a custom design, logo, phrase, image, or other material represents that you have the legal right to use it and authorize us to reproduce it.

You agree to indemnify Iron Antler Workshop against claims arising from materials that you submit without proper authorization.

10. Product Availability and Processing Times

Products may be produced in limited quantities or made after purchase.

Estimated processing and shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Material availability
  • Equipment maintenance or failure
  • Order volume
  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Supplier delays
  • Customization requirements
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are further explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is generally outside our control.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you should:

  1. Check around the delivery location
  2. Ask members of your household
  3. Check with neighbors
  4. Contact the shipping carrier
  5. Contact us promptly if the issue remains unresolved

We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other international fees unless otherwise stated.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged-product claims are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Products must not be returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error or a qualifying defective product.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact us within the time specified in our Refund Policy if an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing components

We may request photographs of:

  • The product
  • The defect or damage
  • The shipping container
  • The shipping label
  • Any damaged packaging

Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide replacement parts, repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund.

14. Product Care, Inspection, and Modification

Customers are responsible for following all product-care instructions.

Before each use, inspect the product for cracking, warping, excessive wear, loose hardware, latch damage, hinge damage, magnet separation, foam deterioration, or any other condition that may affect safe use.

Discontinue use if the product appears damaged or unsafe.

Any alteration, drilling, cutting, heating, reshaping, chemical exposure, misuse, or unauthorized repair may void eligibility for replacement or warranty assistance.

15. Limited Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, Iron Antler Workshop warrants that workshop-made products will be free from material manufacturing defects when delivered.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear
  • Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade or 3D-printed products
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Heat damage
  • Improper storage
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by equipment stored within the product
  • Damage caused by broadheads, blades, impacts, crushing, pets, children, vehicles, or weather
  • Third-party products
  • Lost or stolen products

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, written content, layout, packaging concepts, and original product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Iron Antler Workshop unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit our content or product designs without written permission.

You may share links or images of our products for personal, editorial, or noncommercial purposes provided that Iron Antler Workshop is properly credited and the content is not altered misleadingly.

17. Reviews and Customer Content

By submitting a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • The content is truthful

You grant Iron Antler Workshop a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit for formatting, and share that content for marketing and business purposes.

We are not required to publish customer content and may remove content that violates these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, fulfillment providers, and social-media platforms.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

  • To submit false reviews or misleading content

We may terminate access or cancel orders associated with prohibited conduct.

20. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving:

  • Product descriptions
  • Pricing
  • Promotions
  • Shipping charges
  • Transit times
  • Product availability
  • Measurements
  • Images

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Where legally permitted, we may cancel an order affected by an obvious error and refund any payment collected.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Except for any express warranty stated in these Terms or required by law, we do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All content will be completely current or error-free
  • Products will satisfy every individual preference or intended use
  • Third-party services will remain available

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Antler Workshop and its owner, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Website use

  • Lost profits
  • Lost data
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Damage to equipment stored inside a product

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Indemnification

  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights
  • Content or customization materials you submit

24. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide products or services will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving El Paso County, Colorado, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

26. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron Antler Workshop concerning your website use and purchases.

28. Changes to These Terms
